RETURN & REFUND POLICY – MOE JEWELRY

At Moe Jewelry, we take pride in the quality of our products and want you to shop with confidence. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges within 14 days of delivery, subject to approval and product availability.

To be eligible for an exchange, the item must:

  • Be unused and unworn;
  • Be in its original condition;
  • Be free from scratches, dents, bends, or any signs of wear;
  • Include all original packaging, tags, certificates, and accessories;
  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or supplied incorrectly.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it is delivered.

If you receive a product that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at moejewelryau@gmail.com and provide photographs showing the issue.

Once assessed, we will determine the most appropriate remedy, which may include:

  • Repair;
  • Replacement; or
  • Refund (where a repair or replacement is unavailable or cannot reasonably be provided).

Refunds

Refunds are only available where:

  • The item is faulty or damaged;
  • The item received differs significantly from the product ordered;
  • The issue has been verified by Moe Jewelry; and
  • A repair or replacement is not available or cannot reasonably be arranged.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of approval.

Please allow additional processing time depending on your bank or payment provider.

If you have not received your refund within 15 business days after approval, please contact us at moejewelryau@gmail.com.

Items Not Eligible for Refund or Exchange

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind;
  • Purchasing the wrong item;
  • Personal preference regarding style, colour, size, or design;
  • Sale, clearance, or promotional items;
  • Custom-made, personalised, or made-to-order jewellery;
  • Items that have been worn, used, altered, damaged, or improperly cared for after delivery;
  • Items returned without original packaging or proof of purchase.

Requests for refunds or exchanges because you no longer want the item, have changed your mind, or selected the wrong product will not be accepted.

Return Approval

All returns and exchanges must be approved by Moe Jewelry before being sent back.

Returns sent without prior approval may be refused.
