At Moe Jewelry, we are committed to delivering your order safely, securely, and efficiently. This Shipping Policy outlines how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered.
Shipping Origin
All orders are processed and shipped from our fulfillment facility in Vietnam.
Order Processing
As many of our jewellery pieces are carefully prepared, quality-checked, and packaged before dispatch, orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days after payment has been successfully confirmed.
Processing times may be longer during peak sales periods, public holidays, or due to unforeseen circumstances.
Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
Shipping Timeframes
Estimated delivery times are:
- Australia: 10–20 business days
- International destinations: Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country and local postal services.
Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Delays may occur due to customs clearance, carrier disruptions, weather conditions, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Order Tracking
Tracking information becomes available only after your order has been completed, prepared for shipment, and handed over to the shipping carrier.
Once your order has been dispatched, we will send a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.
Please note that tracking information may take a few business days to become active and update within the carrier's tracking system.
Customs Duties, Taxes & Import Fees
For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other government-imposed charges may apply.
These charges are determined by the destination country's customs authorities and are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Moe Jewelry has no control over these fees and cannot predict their amount.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.
Moe Jewelry is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional costs resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or outdated shipping information provided by the customer.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be resent.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your package is significantly delayed or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible.
We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and assist in finding an appropriate resolution.
